VISWAS Volunteer Group
VISWAS has 150 plus students as volunteers from various colleges to strengthen VISWAS activity for the benefits for “victims of crime” .the purpose of forming such volunteer group is not only to prevent crimes among the students but also to give awareness to them so that they should not become a victim of crime. This project aims at preventing ragging, cybercrime and drug abuse by giving awareness about the various laws. and get their active support for the disaster relief activity. VISWAS has it’s volunteer groups in the Lead college of management, Chathamkulam Business School Kanjikode, V.R.K.Ezhuthachan Law College, Elavanchery, Mercy College M.S.W Department, Palakkad, Chinmaya Mission College, Palakkad, Nehru Academy Of Law Lakkidi etc.
Training for such volunteer group members was inaugurated by Palakkad DYSP Mr. G. D Vijaya Kumar At Palakkad Collectorate. An awareness class was conducted by P Premnath who is VISWAS Secretary and Assistant Public Prosecutor at the event. VISWAS Joint Secretary K Muralidharan and Adv R Devi Kripa facilitated the function.

YUVASANDESH
YUVASANDESH is a project undertaken by VISWAS to create awareness about drug abuse, cyber and traffic rules among Higher Secondary School Students in Palakkad. It was officially started this republic day 26/01/2017. This project, which is implemented in hundreds of schools in Palakkad, is undertaken by VISWAS and Yuvaswaraj Social Welfare Forum in association with Janamythry Police, Excise Department and Motor Vehicle Department. A 12-page handbook was released and distributed to all the participants on free of Cost. The entire expense of printing of the book was sponsored by Mr. Natarajan / Raju of M/s TOP IN TOWN Catering Service
